How we work
The engineer on your first call is the engineer writing your code. Same person, the whole way through. Here's what a project looks like.
Listen
We start by understanding how your business runs — not what tool you want built. Once the real problem is on the table, the software writes itself. This usually takes one or two calls, not a month of workshops. You'll get a written summary back within 48 hours — if we got it wrong, we want to know before we propose.
Architect
We map the system. Data flows, integrations, edge cases. You'll see the plan before we write code. The architecture doc is plain English — you should be able to read it in 20 minutes, not 47 pages. If something doesn't make sense, this is where we catch it.
Build
Iterative development with weekly updates. You'll have a private Slack channel with the engineers writing your code — some clients ignore it, some are in it every day. We don't vanish for three months and come back with a surprise.
Ship and Support
We deploy, we monitor, we stick around. Maintenance isn't an upsell — if we built it, we support it. Our oldest production integrations have been running since 2009.
