How To Setup The Vextras Highrise App

Once activated, the Vextras Highrise app integration works quietly in the background while your store processes transactions. When orders are placed, details flow to Highrise in just a few seconds. Also, when order statuses change, we’ll post notes in Highrise reflecting any updated status. Here’s how to set everything up between your store and Highrise CRM in just a few seconds.
- Login to your Vextras account
- Confirm your store is connected
- Click the ‘Add New’ in the bottom left corner
- Select ‘Add New App’
- Choose ‘Highrise’
- Enter your Highrise URL
- Paste in your Highrise API Key
- Optional: Map order tags
- Save and you’re done!
